Even though I have trained for years and used to kill myself going to the gym 5 times a week , Neil has got me results with 2-3 sessions a week. He takes his time to teach the proper technique and I have really felt myself get stronger each week. I would recommend Neil to anyone as this is the type of trainer I’ve been waiting for ! Really delighted with the results after my 6 weeks of training & have already signed up for more
