Why work with us…

You can train in comfort and at ease in our, state of the art, private training facility. Away from the hussle and bussle of a typical commercial gym floor.

Train alongside other like-minded people, on a similar journey to you, with coaches who are truly passionate about helping you succeed.

When you start training with us, nothing is taken for granted. Regardless of your experience, everyone is treated and assessed as a beginner.

Your program will be based on your current strength and capabilities, and will be personalized to you, taking everything into consideration.

From session to session you will work with your coach, to consistently progress towards your goals.

Starting at a comfortable pace, we will increase intensity incrementally as your strength, fitness and confidence in the gym grows… Only dipping your toe in the water to begin, so to speak.

Our clients range from guys and girls in their 20s, to ladies and gents in their 60s. Our only criteria is, you must have a good attitude and are committed to changing your life for the better…

Within this 30 minute session we will;

  • Assess your current state of health, nutrition and lifestyle
  • Identify other existing challenges and frustrations you may have and how we can help
  • Establish clarity of your goals and create a clear path to achieving them
  • Determine if we are a good fit for each other (If not, we will always recommend someone who may be a better suit for your needs)
  • Lastly, you will leave more informed, hopefully inspired and with some clear, actionable steps to get you moving on the path towards your goals
