My Background

For as long as I can remember sports and fitness have always been my passion in life. Over the years I have compete at the highest levels at numerous sports including soccer, karate and most recently bodybuilding, winning 2 Mr Ireland national titles and competing at the prestigious NABBA Mr Universe on multiple occasions. Although for a long time my primary focus was competition, what I have achieved and learned throughout my experience, with regards to health, exercise, nutrition and mindset, exceeds far beyond just titles and trophies.


Who do I work with?

I have worked in the fitness industry as a personal trainer and lifestyle coach for over ten years now and I have worked with literally hundreds of clients from all walks of life to help them achieve their goals. Whether you are a Personal trainer or fitness instructor interested in upskilling your knowledge of exercise execution and technique, a seasoned gym goer looking to advance and take your training up a notch, or a complete beginner with little to no experience in the gym, my role as a coach is to assess where you are currently at, and to create a plan to guide and educate you with the tools needed for you to achieve consistent progress and long term sustainable results.
