Being a qualified personal trainer myself, I had a good base and understanding of training, but Neil has brought my knowledge to another level all together. Neil goes above and beyond during our training sessions, with his attention to detail when it comes to exercise execution and safety, I am now more confident in my own ability when training on my own as well. He has not only showed me how to train properly but has educated me towards healthier nutrition also, which has really improved my physique.
