Before I started to train with Neil, I was clueless in regards to strength training. I would often give up due to lack of knowledge and understanding around technique and in general what I should be doing.
I wanted to feel stronger and improve my general health and well being. A healthy lifestyle to me means regular exercise, good diet and sleep patterns. Having a coach like Neil will help you achieve all of the above. I certainly feel stronger, my mood is better and feel my general health is much improved. My body has changed for the better and I only wish I’d started long before now.
If you are considering starting to train I would highly recommend having Neil as your coach. He is totally attentive to an individuals goals and motivates you to achieve real results! If you are on the fence, go for it. It has certainly been a win win for me!
